I got a new belt for my turntable so I could listen to my albums. My 13 year old is amazed how LP's work. lol He has never listened to any vinyl before. It took a long time to find a new belt for my turntable.
Anyway...I got out one of my old favorites which was in pristine shape last time I saw it. It was the Quicksilver Messenger Service - Happy Trails LP. The damn thing had a huge crack in it....sob. Now I need to find a new one. Luckily my other mint condition LP's are in good shape like It's A Beautiful Day and my Lou Reed Velvet Underground Live album 1969 is OK. Whew I woulda cried if those got messed up. Anyone have a Happy Trails LP out there they want to sell? ![]() |

Have you seen those turntables that connect to your computer through usb? Reasonably priced.
I'm working on converting my vinyl to digital using magix cleaning lab. I also use it to record xm to cd and mp3 for sale on my pirate baby record label. I was in a record shop a few weeks ago and was amazed at the price of used vinyl. Fifty cents, a dollar, dollar fitty for 33 rpm albums. |

No, but my father-in-law bought a turntable that will burn the record to a cd. |
