Should this happen? Yes, I wet it with my finger between the black marks.

Well this is old, actually the consumer called me asking for the brokers number as they have not heard back from the big box...or got the report...1 month ago. Course the broker is broke so possibly no one handling the phones. ha ha

Claim is denied. Swelling of the joint, manual swiffer sprayer with microfiber pad...spritz and wipe. Pretty simple cleaning technique not at all too invasive if you ask me. But what do I know, the man only wants the facts, nothing else. No urine, ph nuetral in joints.

See test with left over....no wax on edge.

so,
they sell a product you can't clean,
send out an inspector to "humor" and mislead the consumer into thinking something is going to happen,,,it is called, "wearing them down", and now, denied?

ain't this biz so wonderful and full of such good honest manufacturers, makes me proud to be alive in the land of rePuBlCants leaders,

well, at least, one wet spot I have seen in the last 35 years on the floor,,,,,,thanks Stephen,,,,
