Selva, you are constantly degrading the Industry Associations and Inspectors.
It is for these reasons you were exposed as the person you are. You are a "Good old Boy" and a nice man, but also one who has constantly degraded and slandered others. .. So a few fought back and investigated you only to find out you are NOT Mr. Respected in the Inspection Industry.
Such as right now you state you are at the NWFA Convention.... None of us have seen you....

do you want me to embarrass you also like this?
and , you just proved my post with your false attack on me,,,calling me a lair,,,thank you, most kind of you to do my work for me,

go have fun,,,for some reason, you guys just prove me right over and over and over,,,,

or, would you like for me to take some photos tomorrow and post them for you from the center? I tell you what, you choose which way you want me to embarrass you, scan the receipt, take photos of me and people at the convention, or both,,,,you choose your method of execution.

lets start with a photo of the receipt, then, tomorrow I will take my laptop and post some more,,,,
you see guys, they use false names so no one can "confront" them, they lie and hide like cowards,,,,and, these people have the stomach to call themselves honest truthful inspectors,,,,no wonder the mills are shutting them down fast,,,,
as you can read, it says right on there, "symposium", now, are you man enough to say you are sorry and ashamed of yourself? Lets see your character, if you have any.
slt

naw,
we went to Bubba Gump seafood,
had a big 22oz wheat beer,
shrimp, and more shrimp,
stood outside watching all the young girls walk by,,,,it is located in a popular area at the beach,,,,and I mean, lots and lots of girls!
I wanted to get a beer to sit outside to watch, but, I was driving and my limit is one if I am driving,
I should have taken a taxi!!!!!!!
it was a good day in many ways,
I went to the "show", I got free hats, pens, sample, toys, rules, guides, tees shirts, met lots of people, had fun, got a flashing pink flamingo you pin you your shirt!,
lots of data sheets,
the NWFA gave us a free work bag or canvas brief case, with a free pin and notebook!
and I got more and more stuff! I am going back tomorrow for more,,,
but, it is expensive here,,,,

Who is Ray? Why do you keep calling me Ray?

At any rate.... I wanted to make sure Selva was not telling another one of his tall tales of grandeur. I know he cannot afford too many trips these days...

He doesn't need a lot of money to spank you Ray. Just a scanner and a camera. Quit sticking your butt in the air, it makes too big a target.

Mike,
its done on purpose,
hey, who is arguing with whom by email about NIFIC?

I hear, they will not let two old hands play nice with them anymore?

I also heard, the former director is no longer working with the boy from the deep south,

I hear, I am an asshole, damn! felt so good to hear that! proud of myself,

I hear, a smart man from NY asked me if I was getting paid to teach last week, and if not, did I want to for free to a room full , except for a few like me and him and her and him, the biggest dumbasses who were so damn conned by damn AM-A_TURES I have ever seen! and I hear, I kept quiet after I was told, think of the money to be made by me, by us, and how much I will enjoy it,

am I talking in code? no, I am sure the regulars here know full well the key to this code,
slt

First thing to do to be successful as an inspector is TO INSPECT..

this site has no full time inspectors (except for one person) participating and that is the reason for all the anger and hate toward Associations and Others who do inspect for a living.

that is the bottom line.. Nothing but "wanna-be's" pretending to be full time inspectors.

Bottom line: Talkers, not do'ers on this site that is why they cannot put up photos on a regular basis or use 20 photos from the same inspection...

Gee, now he is dissing me. Frowner

Some part time inspectors make more money doing other things. Plus, we are smarter than most full time insectors.

The way I see it is when the inspection industry gets spanked for certifying thousands of idiots, it may some day get its act together. Who wants to be associated with a bunch of imbessels.
There is some nubiles here in town just certified by fcits, They started up their own company, two guys. We'll see if they can handle it. But these two, one is a carpet guy, the other is a well measure guy.

my biz planing is working,
and I will be working less for more money and 1/4 the travel,
it takes a little time to change over like this and target the customers I want, but, it started happening several months ago,
so, lets define what is "successful". Driving 100,000 miles a year at low mill rates (I am not saying not to do mill work) or driving 20,000 or so and make more money on the rates and margin?
as far as doing mill work, if it is in MY area, then, kool,
slt
oh crap, here we are back at the original topic! Smiler

cannot argue with you Stephen.... Certification is much more difficult to achieve throught IICRC.

The requirements for certification have dropped and the inspectors are not taught inspection procedures...

Maybe you should become certified and do what you can to improve the situation rather than just whine and cry...

anyway, got a slow week next week, only five so far,,should pick up one to three more,,,
inspectors are really crying I hear in these slow times,,,,
I am not getting rich but I am working exactly in the "range" I want,,,,oh well, two or three more a week would be welcome,,,I only want 8 to 10 a week, in semi retirement that is the "right" number,
