I was not there to inspect that, the construction manager said nothing was wrong there, edge swell in the wood installation,,,, I can see from that, it got rained on, and warped severely. this is not buckled or off the subfloor, I walked across it several times making sure to walk on top of the high ones, and, they are securely bonded, no play up and down at all, no movement of any kind, to the osb panels.

Vinyl? That has a very REAL look to it.. like stone in the walkway?  Sub-floor issues, I aSS ume. Wait !! IS that loose or glued? The loose lay products need expansion gapping.

Thats one of them fancy vct tiles. what do they call it oh yea its lvct.
You inspectors is dumb, I can tell who has not installed a peel and stick here by the way u post.
