They replaced tiles, they didn't match the existing dye lot very well.

first, ran rows, gained three to four rows down the length, splotchy looking all over, dark edges, the light tiles you see, pile height difference, softer feel to touch or the ole term, "good hand", the dark are harsh to "hand", how many remember that term, "good hand",,Ray, Mike? I know you two remember it, when was the last time you used it? when I ran my hand across it, that popped into my mind from, gosh, how many years ago? |

"Hand" is a common term for me. With the re-invention of fine denier yarns, it is all the rage. I'm sure Ray remembers this. Oh come on Ray you know this.

was it reversed or bad color? The question is: Why did the installer put that tile down when the difference is so obvious? Installer related. |

Is it anything like spun olefin cushion. I know the more they schorch it in the heating process it will be darker or rougher to the hand.
