Is Toklo laminate flooring a good product? Have you had any difficulties in installing this product? Is a 12 mm floor significantly better than an 8 mm floor? Any feed back or advise you could gie me would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Michael in Alaska

Never heard of it until now. Sounds Chinese. Chinese products....hmmmmhard to nail them on warranty issues.

You can save the installation cost of hiring an installer/flooring professional when you choose laminate flooring; however some homeowners still find it convenient to do so. For contractors or flooring professionals, installing laminate flooring is a hassle free and time-saving job. Since installation is so easy and so fast, installing laminate flooring saves time to devote to other projects.

Isn't that what they all say?

Every Toklo brand laminate floor from is rated with a minimum AC rating of 3, with a tropical hardwood core that makes it a more robust design, superior to many other laminate floors which may appear to be the same on the surface. Its superior design also leads to a quieter environment, with less noise produced when walking on its surface

Tropical hardwood core? Sounds scary, definetly asian me thinks.
I guess you saw the yahoo answers quesry someone did on there. All you need is a saw and a hammer. lol Ya gotta be kidding.

Generally a 12 mm floor will be better for sound.

Toklo? Never heard of it. Is it cheap? Then it probably isn't very good. You get what you pay for when it comes to flooring.
Are you willing to take the risk is what it all comes down to and perhaps over time they will prove to be a winner.
How big of a gambler are you? Wink

ALWAYS AMAZES ME THAT PEOPLE SAY LAMINATE IS SO EASY TO INSTALL...THE OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO EXPERIENCE....TRY A A SMALL HALLWAY WITH 5 OR 6 DOORS...THEN COME OUT WITH THE SAME STATEMENT . I HAVE 23 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CARPET/FLOORING AND I HAVE SEEN ENOUGH POOR "EASY" LAMINATE JOBS .
